However, we understand that at times a product may not meet your expectations, or you may simply change your mind. This Refund & Return Policy explains the process, terms, and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness for all our customers.

By making a purchase through EliteBasket.xyz, you agree to abide by the guidelines set forth in this policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following requirements must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when delivered.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, user manuals, and any accessories that came with it.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation email, or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for health, safety, or customization reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, hygiene products)
  • Intimate wear (lingerie, innerwear, swimwear)
  • Perishable items (food, beverages, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards and digital downloads
  • Clearance or final sale products marked as Non-Returnable

2. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Return Request
    Contact us at support@elitebasket.xyz within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions
    Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return approval along with the return address and instructions.
  3. Prepare the Package
    Pack the product carefully in its original packaging. Ensure that it is secure and protected to avoid damage during shipping.
  4. Shipping the Return
    Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service. Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Inspection & Confirmation
    Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout unless otherwise agreed. The time frame for receiving a refund varies depending on the payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (bank processing times may apply)
  • Net Banking/UPI/Wallets: 3–7 business days
  • PayPal/International Payments: 7–14 business days

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges, handling fees, and cash-on-delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
  • If a refund cannot be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., expired card), store credit may be issued instead.

4. Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items if you wish to swap them for another size, color, or variant.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
  • Exchange shipping charges may apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take utmost care to ensure all products are quality-checked and packed securely. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  1. Notify us at support@elitebasket.xyz within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order details along with photos/videos clearly showing the issue.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible, but you may still initiate a return after delivery.
  • If canceled within the eligible window, refunds will be issued in full to the original payment method.

7. Store Credit

In some cases, instead of a direct refund, you may choose to receive store credit that can be used for future purchases on EliteBasket.xyz.

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

8. Responsibility for Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
  • EliteBasket.xyz is not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to reject refund or return requests in the following cases:

  • Returned products show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • The return request was submitted after the 14-day return period.
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or freebies.
  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items marked as “Non-Returnable.”
